Wrapped up in comforts, you’re hiding from the landslide, frightened to step outside your box in case you turn around and see there’s nothing inside.

The sunset stands idle, alone and bewildered - you’re standing at the end of time, frozen in step from the spirits all around you, ‘til something drags you back from the light.

The doctor has told you you’ve got to be careful, to give up the drink and the smokes. But every last lungful you promise is your last one brings that death rattle deep in your throat.

Scared and alone lying in the darkness, asleep in the hospital bed, the monitor goes flat line but by the time help gets there the patient beside you is dead.
